1. Our commitment
Our buyers work in many countries, on many devices and in different languages. We aim to follow recognised accessibility practice, taking the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 level AA as our reference.
2. What we have built in
- Semantic page structure with one main heading per page and labelled navigation regions.
- A skip link to the main content and a keyboard-operable menu, drawer and dialogs.
- Visible focus outlines on links, buttons and form fields.
- Form labels, error messages tied to their field and clear success confirmation.
- Descriptive alternative text for product, gallery and category images.
- Colour combinations chosen for readable contrast, with meaning never carried by colour alone.
- Large touch targets and a bottom navigation bar on small screens.
- Captions for warehouse video and text alternatives for media.
- Layouts tested from 320px width upwards, and support for browser zoom and text resizing.
3. Known limitations
- Some photographs of mixed stock show detail that is hard to describe fully in alternative text; ask us for a written description of a lot.
- Content embedded from another provider, such as a map, follows that provider's accessibility behaviour.
- Older documents supplied on request may not be fully tagged for screen readers; we will provide an accessible version on request.
4. Alternative ways to reach us
If any part of this website blocks you, you can request a quotation by email, telephone or WhatsApp instead, and our team will complete the form on your behalf and read the offer back to you.
5. Feedback
Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and what happened, and the browser or assistive technology you use. We treat access problems as faults and aim to respond promptly.
